Can you please post the official system requirements (processor, video card, disk space, memory, etc.) to do the following:

1. Develop using FPSC (EA version of course)
2. Play the games created using FPSC (if different)

Minimum and suggested requirements would be nice if defined. Also, if there has been a time set for when the downloading will begin, that would be great.

If the requirements have already been posted somewhere, I apologize for the repeated post. Just point me to the proper post.

Thanks.

They'll be on the website tomorrow, I don't have time to post them now, but you will be able to read them prior to purchasing.

Realistic requirements are something along the lines of:

- 1.5Ghz Processor
- 512MB RAM
- GeForce 2 or better graphics card.
- DirectX 9.0c
- 1GB HDD space

I'd say Geforce 3 personally (or the Radeon 8500)... I do have a 7500 system upstairs i could test on, but that system is busy right now... (its my DAW, and its always busy), so i can't really do anything with it.

I can garuntee it won't run on a AMD k6-2 though ... or a P3 933mhz (unless you'ce got a serious Graphics card to cover that sucker).

@Anime - Sorry, your .3Ghz and 256Meg too short of being able to run the program......
Actually, you could probably run it on there but it's not going to run at the speed you want it to. Try it and see. You best bet would be the video card helping you out. The faster the better however, there's only so far you can go before you max out the processor. I've found that with my 3400+ AMD 64 processor and my Radeon 9800 Pro 128Meg card that my video card maxes out before the processor. That's not good. So what I will end up having to do is upgrade to a X800 or a 6800 video card to get the best out of both.
Honestly, I think you will be fine for the moment. Talk to your parents about upgrading at least. You can get a very good deal from Dell or if you can build your own, you should be able to do good. If you do build your own, look at an FX5200 card from Nvidia. Those are very good cards for the low end but still provide a good 3D kick for the price or even a 9600XT which would even be better.

I'll have to say the 256mb of ram is gonna hurt the most. That said AnimeCivil, you didn't mention your Vid Card, so i really can't tell ya.

I run it fine on:

AMD 64 3200+ @ 2400mhz (i change it every week depending on what i'm doing, sometimes its 2600, sometimes 2200)
Radeon 9600xt 128mb
1024mb Ram (Super fast Corsair)

Vid card is what really hurts me though.

Here are my specs.
AMD 64 3400+
1 Gigabyte PC2700 Memory
Radeon 9800 Pro 128Megabyte Card

It really does a good job of running this stuff fast. I tried turning up the graphics though and I am running into a little slowdown. I am going to be playing with it some more to see what else I can find out. I'll let you know what I find out.
