I guess there is a command hideobject as I read it here somewhere.

If you have 500 spheres on the screen, there won't be no high framerate.

If you hide then will the framerate be the same or almost return to normal?

I'm not sure about what speed you would get, but I'd assume that your program would run nearly as fast as it would if you hid all those spheres. Not quite as fast as it would go if they didn't exist but, since it's not needing to render any polygons/textures/lighting/whatever, but still needs memory and processor bandwidth because the object is still there.

Also, the command you're thinking of is: "hide object xx" Where xx is the number of the object you want to hide.

Sorry, I should have re-read my own post there - I've really screwed up the grammar. You still understand, right?

hello, you can try this code :

it hide only the objects that you don't see, so if an object isn't in the screen, it is nearly as if it doesn't exist for the speed of the programm

I'm following John, but I'm not john.
Lol, it is funnier in french
