Yes, lots of ways have been posted in the DBPro forum. A search for "icon" might reveal some. I think there's an app that does it posted in the program announcements forum also. Try a search there.

Get 15 new commands, all the date / time commands left out of DBPro for free!

Icon changers work on dbpro exes, so there's no reason they shouldn't work on fpsc exes.

Get 15 new commands, all the date / time commands left out of DBPro for free!

Using a resource hacker style app will change the icon on any exe, regardless of how it was built.

I welcome suggestions in the soon to be opened bug base on possible implementations of icons changing in the interface. I favour an additional section in the final BUILD TAB alongside the EXE NAME field.
