I don't class myself a new to DBPro, but I pass this tip on to those who are.

If you have been experimenting with the 2D drawing functions you may have discoverd that the Dot command is a little slow. There is a faster way, if you are not using things like Lock/Unlock Pixels and memblocks.

Cheat with the Box command.
Programming anything is an art, and you can't rush art.
Unless your name is Bob Ross, then you can do it in thirty minutes.

For me, the Box method is about 25+ times faster.
