They are going to be the same price other than the boxed version which will cost a few $ more to cover the packaging, EA users can upgrade to a V1 download version or boxed version, the only cost will be the nominal handling/shipping charge.

It depends.. if we release the V1 Download version for say $59 instead of $56, then you'd pay the $3 difference. Like I said, it'll be nominal at best.
