IS there a command in DarkBASIC Classic that checks to see if music is playing? It would really make this game I'm making better.

I think MUSIC PLAYING(Musicno) might work, been so long since I used DBC or the music commands.

OK, add on to that. How do I ask if a music isn't playing, then play another music?

Flaming Ghost,

As Christian Ang is saying, make use of the DarkBasic Commands listings, within the help files. All the commands, with the exception of the few 'hidden commands' are in them, with some explanation for each. Make use of them for a faster 'response'.

Instead of thinking...

If "music playing(music) = 1" means the music is playing,
wouldn't it be logic that "music playing(music) = 0" means that the music isn't playing?

Sven B,

Yes, if the individual knows that a value of zero is returned otherwise.
