A good way to get to the example you want is to go into the command glossary; then, navigate to one of the commands that you want to investigate and select it. Along with information about using that particular command and the syntax, there should also be a link to an example program that utilizes it.

If ever in doubt, consult the command glossary - it's your bible as far as DB goes.
