Could someone post the shortest possible code for demonstrating realtime shadows in DBPro? I've messed with it for a while but I cant see to get it working...

Also is it possible to get the scene completely dark? I turned ambient light to 0 and my objects are still visible...

After some thurough testin I seem to see realtime shadows "working." MY program crashes if i try to apply them to say a sphere... but it seems to be ok on a cube. However the shadow is glitchy and doesn't do what'd expect based on my directional light... inface lighting has no affect on it really

Well, you need a GFX Crad that supports realtime shadows for them to work. Maybe that's what's causing the crashing?

Yea... check on that... GeForce ti4600... latest drivers and all that.

It really must be a bug in the demo version of DBPro.. Because I've managed to get lighting and all working well enough, and the shadows work to a degree... but they are all screwed up looking lol. Could this be a DX9 Problem like reflection shading is?
