i would like to thank Wallaber and Kjelle69 for making the newton physics wrapper that made my game possible, without it my game would be rather unplayable :p

I love this game, it has really nice simple but effective presentation. There's good use of the transparent cube as a level boundary, the pipe pieces look great, I love the way physics is used in a way that isn't too complicated and fiddly. Music is pretty cool too, and the brief intro and title screen are a nice well-rendered touch. There's enough gameplay to keep me going, especially with the editor and two puzzle modes. The puzzles themselves keep me thinking, sometimes for quite a while before I can figure out how the pieces go. There's a slight lack of variation though, after a while I was longing for more interesting pipe sections or physics objects to bounce the ball off, or multiple balls/baskets or something. Even so, it's a quality game so I'll give it 2nd place

Once I was but the learner, now, I am the Master.
See my site for amazing games and demos!

Definitly my 1st place vote!

Pros:
Smooth rotating
Fun
Great, smooth physics
Level editor

Cons:
Rough music (I know this has been said)
Maybe more colorful or less plain background

Great job!

What can I say that hasn't already been said?? Its just a great game! I pretty much agree with the general consensus. Great gameplay, good use of physics, decent (if a just a tad bland) graphics, and out-of-place music. Gets my first place vote!

Pro's:
Very well-rounded.
Complete puzzle learning curve.
Full Menu's.
Music.
Easy controls.

Con's:
Music is of very low quality!
Transparency issues make it confusing to look at blocks sometimes.
You didn't credit the original game, which is a reletively new game, and is called Pipe-Down!!! Just because it isn't really popular doesn't mean you can steal the idea as your own!

Comment:
Good game, but I have a real issue with you taking the idea without credit to the original maker!

4th place.
Of the best games.
I have given the fourth position him but it would be possible to be deserved perfectly first.

I wonder if Pipe Down credits where they stole the idea from?

A great many people think they are thinking when they are really rearranging their prejudices.

Congratulations on getting first place!

You did a good job of taking an old concept and turning into a wicked awesome game! (i've played plenty of 2D pipe games, but none of them were this fun )

just to let you guys know this was originally going to be pipedram which was one of the 1st and best games ive played, but it was planned to be 3d and from a sideview, and them i played pipedown and figured that was a better more modern way of approaching it even though it technically isnt pipedream, i thought it would be a nice use of the newton physics.

anyways thanks for voting everyone! .

It wasn't you who remade doom was it? - I remember a doom clone missing it's carto shop stuff , I managed to hack it but it had no collision - it did look the part IIRC.

I'm still working on my op-wolf entry, it's grown out of all proportion but it's too much work to waste so it will be finished .

yeah it was darkdoom, i used to play doom all the time and doom 2 and make tonnes of maps for it , shame tho my doom had bfg and rocket launchers and everything but there seemed to bo a slight collision problem with the enemys so on later levels they would just fall through the floor

@scab my game doesnt use ray intersects, so maybe you have got an old version of newton in your system32 folder or something?

@klu

it should be possible as i made each level starting with it complete and counted how many times i moved them, it might be possible i miscounted :-X
