DLL Talk / Delphi DLL Question

I have tried after looking at the available docs to make a Delphi DLL that works in Dark Basic Pro but have failed. There are references to an example in Delphi in various places on the board however none of the links seem to work. If someone can point me to a working link or attach an example of a working Delphi example I would be very grateful! If it includes info on the dark basic global structure and handling strings too that would be a great bonus.
