It's surely possible, just like it's possible in DBPro using newton or whatever, it might be more a case of the time involved in rigging the characters. As far as I can tell the animations are all standard, so it's certainly something that could be done in the future. I'm not sure that it'll mean aimable enemies, that really has to be done through code, and it can be done already in DBPro without needing physics. Personally, I think it'll be added/improved but it'll involve a seperate model, like you have 1 model with all the animations, and another rigged model with no animations - when you want to rag, you pose your un-animated model in the same way as the animated one, and then apply forces and let the ragdoll take over. Something that could easily be done upon death, like kill someone then he goes lifeless and ragdolly.
The thing to remember about the FPSC characters is that they're all holding guns, adding a rigged model with no gun would not be too much of a hassle for Simon IMO, and the gun could be dropped upon death. This would mean an end to keyframe animated deaths, which is a decent chunk of the animators workload.
