I don't know if DBC or P can do this, but I will do my best to make a dll for opening and reading txt files if anyone wants it, but if noone wants it I won't do it.

Why would you need it, DBC and DBPro already contain file I/O.

yeah, plus theres a bunch of plugins (including my DBP_NETLIB plugin) that does this and alot more with files, etc.
