DLL Talk / DLL for drive info and copying

I'm looking for a DLL...don't know if it exists though. Anyone know of a DLL that could do any of the following:

Get the GUID of a drive

mount a drive to a directory

unmount a drive

copying a file without waiting for it to finish(i.e. copy this file to this location, then run this other code with the file still copying in the background)

Any of those? If not, anyone think they could make a DLL that could do those functions? What will it cost if you can?
