I think it means an aplication as in a finished exe file compiled with DB or DBpro. There's no aplication forms if that's what your thinking.

Yes, there is an application form for the compo, it is stated right at the bottom of the retro comp page. Just email Rich for it.

Indeed - there is an application form. I've sent hundreds of the things out! So if you've not filled yours in yet, do so. If you've not got your form yet you didn't read the rules list Email me for it.
