Could someone please tell me how I can set it so that the camera can't go through 3D objects?

Thanks.

you could setup a dummy object that you hide (like a cube) position it around the camera, and use that to detect the collision

check the Examples in help... under Basic3D
there is a collision, there are also camera examples - it is quite simple enough to figure out roughly howto do it on your own
