DLL Talk / newton dll(running example)

I'm trying to install newton and i installed NDB.dll into the "COMPILER\plugins" folder and installed "newton.dll" into the example folder and installed "keywords_ndb.ini" into the "Editor\Keywords" folder and when i run the example it said...

"could not understand command at line 43"

note: I've never used a dll before.

The file "NDB.dll" file goes into the "COMPILER\plugins user" folder and not the "COMPILER\plugins" folder.
