Back to the important stuff ... the girl who brought our tea, coffee, biscuits and (£50) orange juice on sunday morning was quite probably the most beautiful creation in existance (shh... don't tell Mrs. Scraggle)

My girlfriend wouldn't agree with you there and neither would I.

Anyway I had a good time, I'll put up some more pics/video when I get a chance.

Ian, the website for those games has disappeared

I have attached the first one to this post. I'll dig out the others when I can. By the way, the help screen reveals lots more info on the game that we missed.

For anyone who hasn't the faintest idea what I'm talking about, I unearthed a couple of Darkbasic games that I don't believe were posted on here. They are damn good, and well polished!

I dont think I'd like to go, I'd be the youngest there.. and probably the only one that would rather have a mcdonalds rather than an indian. I cant picture a guy my age sitting in a room full of people 2-3 times my age.

Maybe all the younger dudes should agree to go, then it would be a good mix

(but dont agree to go and then not, so I get stuck there all by myself )

*lives in Southampton-ish area*

And Zotoaster, I'm younger than you are, and I'd prolly go to a convention (tif it twas close to me) next year... :/

I think a summer Convention would be a good idea, particularly as I had to leave this year's one early, much to my annoyance.

I also think that we should have a MINIMUM age limit plus a MAXIMUM age limit, although we should be generous with the latter otherwise IanM won't be able to attend.

JOKE! JOKE!

@Philip, Grrr.

@Zotoaster, we had Kentucky on day 1, and Indian on day 2, so we cater for everyone

@Batvink, looks like the site exceeded its download capacity. Thanks for the download.

Pizza was good, but it needed to be "buy one get one free" to be affordable. We went next door to that pub for a swift half - all bottles £1.50 before 9!

Seems like everyone had a good time at the convention
Not that if there was one in the USA that my parents would let me go anyways
Make one held in the US for once
