I am trying to figure out if I can create a window that remains in focus until you finish with it. I would also like to make the window non-movable if possible.

Currently if I click outside a newly created window it loses focus.

I am using BlueGui.

Thanks!

You could use activeGadget to tell which gadget is active. If it's not the one you want active, use activateGadget to change the active gadget. Should work.

Hello Ninja,

The easiest way to create a modal dialog is to check activeGadget() whilst the dialog is running and switch focus back to the dialog if that gadget is not the dialog itself or a child of the dialog.

eg.

Thanks Rob and Narf -- I will give that a try.
