Terregen is useful for making skyboxes currently (the free version is not for commercial applications though); but it is useless (right now) for making in-game terrains. I hear TGC have something called TED, that may be of interest.

Do you know a terrain program how build only one texture with an .x model

pc. Cpu: 3000 amd xp+ ram 2gb
