your demos didn't seem to want to work on this comp (teh family computer) but your screenies look amazing! this project has tons and tons of potential!

Your signature has been erased by a mod because it's larger than 600x120...

If you don't like the "loop freeze" thing, I know one method that most definitely will work, but is extremely space-consuming. Use normal audio files! mp3s and wmas loop a heckuva lot better than midis, but they take up a lot more space. There are some programs out there to convert midis into mp3s or wmas.
Quote: "You should be able to aviod the freezing problem every time music loops. It never happens for me(I use DarkBasis Pro thought). Instead of using the loop music command(if you use that one) try doing something like this:
"

Or you can use The Nerd's method. I don't know if it works or not, just as he doesn't, but it's worth a try. Looping Midis freeze the program on ANY computer for a couple seconds (when the music restarts). On an old Windows it freezes about 5-10 seconds, on a gaming/fast comp more like 2-3 seconds or less, but usually over second, which is a couple seconds too much for my liking.

I have seen that your exploding animation isn`t such good one , i made one for ya :

http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=69403&b=10

but it`s not very good ider , to get a very good animation of exploding i must first have an object similiar to your so that it looks like IT exploding , not like changing to another object and then exloding.

if you want me to make it (i would love to) , please send me the texture you use for your bomb , and i`l recreate the object very easily , and i`l also make the animation very good and very easily..

Devistation - Wow! Thanks alot! It seems the demos don't work on almost all computers besides mine...weird...The finished thing might work better...

Sho Ryu Ken - Thanks for the help, but it actually doesn't freeze...I just thought it would because it does it alot with other games made with db. Instead of playing a new song every new level, I made it cycle through when a song finishes, and it has not frozen...

Dodic - Thanks for making the explosion animation. I will check it out. I never noticed that the thing you posted in the Dark Basic board was for my project...it should be in the 3d chat though...

Sorry, I haven't had time to work on it because of homework, and the small amound of extra time was used testing SoulHunter and several other games.

Yes, but I play another song when one finishes, instead of looping it...I don't think there is any difference.

Heh...quick reply

I tried Ruccus' suggestion, to make only enough tiles to fit in the screen, but for some strange reason, the walls started to turn into floor tiles, and a bunch of other weird stuff. I had no clue what was wrong, and it made no sence either...
I am not skilled enough for this kind of stuff, especially when the engine is already done, so I can't do it now. Sorry, you will just have to be patient . I will make sure I do that kind of thing newt time I make a tiled based game, which will be the next game I make(either Laser Assault 3, or Battle Star Galactica space shooters) They will be in 3D, but will look 2D, and the ground will be tiled based...

BOMB ROLLER DONE!!!!!!!!!!

The game is "done"!!!!
I quoted the done because I think it is done, but if any of you find anything small, like a small bug, then I will fix it before it is really done.

Ok...Download this one instead.

How to navigate menu:
Use the arrow keys to choose the selection, and then press enter. The selection will be in the black bar on the plain object. You will need to press enter for the title, and the credits at the begining of the game, before the menu.
