Hi DB Team,

I just skimmed through the newsletter they mentioned part about new products. Do you plan on releasing new products soon? If yes could you tell us what they will be?

Technical question:
I was just wondering, is it possible to create a glow effect for the entire scene? Sort of like in a game F.E.A.R or FarCry?

Thanks.

For the first part - if they wanted to say what new products (if any) they were doing, they would have said.
As for the second part - use a shader.

Our main focus is on the core products we have - Dark Game SDK, DB Pro and FPS Creator.

I made a prototype where I could do something similar to Far Cry and it worked very well but need to complete this for a future version of the SDK. I had it working with only a few function calls and it was very easy from a users point of view to use but it isn't quite ready yet.

But it is possible to do this effect another way. I have some examples I need to test and will release showing all kinds of shader effects.
