Yeah my first thought was ouch - epilepsy be warned!

If it is divisable by 15fps then we've got problems! That applys to all animation really but most notably with high contrast flashes such as this. I try to ensure all my animations (regardless of the medium) do not divide by 3 on the framerate thus ensuring I don't even hit a factor of 15...

As a programmer, you need to think about epilepsy and reducing the chance of it - even if you don't suffer from it yourself.
