I gotta question here, how do you place a pic on your message box? And how do you place a gif pic on the side? Do I have to upload or something?

Not for the left side for the default icons. If your using your own, or you want one in the message area, then you will have to.

You want to get an FTP (file transfer protocol) program. There are a bunch of freeware ones out there. I'm using AceFTP which I got off a magazine coverdisk, and it's very user-friendly. The hard part is knowing how to set up the connection the first time, but your ISP can probably help you with that.

i don't use ftp programs much... i just use ie

ftp://MyUsername@ftp.MyDomain.com
it'll pop up once asking you your username, poof now you have Explorer style access to your site.
I find it far easier and better than any of these silly ftp programs

but you need IE 4.3 or later ... like no one doesn't have that hahaa
