I get this weird error when I try to play most demos.

Runtime error: 10

That's all it says. The game crashes and goes back to system. It doesn't happen in the middle of the game, it happens at the beginning, before I ever get to play. Is there some runtime files I need to play these demos or something??? Your help will be appreciated.
