Red Dwarf's the best . There making a Red Dwarf movie so there wont be a new series for a long time, if ever. It's gonna be excellent only prob is they havent started making it yet...

I switched on just in time for the all-time classic Red Dwarf moment - the April Fools gag! I love that bit!

What a great episode that was, a true classic in broadcasting history! I could watch Rimmer being executed endlessly. "SUPER!"

Raven: you also go for the Angel and Scrubs combo, eh? I watch Buffy, too, so Thursdays are a black day for personal freedom, in my book.

A Red Dwarf movie is a terrible idea, I reckon. But I'm happy to be proved wrong. Guess we'll see. They ought to make a final series. The steady change in circumstances as they make steps closer to home could make it quite fresh and interesting.

i think they should've got on with series 9 ... but ho hum
that aside, yup Angel - Scrubs then i go eat something and watch South Park which takes me upto Animé on Sci Fi which lasts for 3hours

Ahh god i love thursdays (^_^) ... i don't like Buffy though, its just too i dunno - boring lol, i mean they should've ended it like 3 seasons ago in my opinion

Blimey, that's a lot of telly.

Buffy's last series was pretty dire, but this one, to my surprise, is ace. Very sinister. And probably the last. I still prefer Angel.

They have Anime on Thursdays now? I used to watch it now and again when it was on late Fridays, some of that stuff's really good. And some isn't.

Blimey, what time do you get up in the mornings?

yeah that kinda threw me off too, cause i was used to watching it on saturdays - then my bro told me they changed it whilst i was away.

i'd get to bed around 4ish be up around 6-7am no problem ... i don't mind about doing it, but if i had to do it everynight then i'd probably die lol - but once a week isn't bad - i mean i oftenly do that Friday's too but rather than watching TV i'd be out with a mate, down his club or something

Although I've been catching up on the last four weeks of Angel this week (recorded it once, then forgot to watch it, so had to record the next one, so I could watch the previous one first... and so on...) and that's really hotting up all of a sudden. It's gone all crisis-y and bonkers. Seems to be a theme of stuff crawling up from hell between Buffy and Angel this year. I wonder if the plots are related?

they have been before ... cept thats partly what peeved me off with the past few series of buffy - cause Sky was playing them at the wrong time, and i thought it was sky's problem but in the states they ALSO were playing them out of sync ... but to know whats truely going on you needed to watch both.

So be like something in buffy... 3weeks later suddenly the same storyline appeared in angel from their POV - and you'd be like WTF?
so i just stuck with Angel as i just like its darker nature

Heh, I may be away for ages but RD always brings me back... and basically anything with Ace in is tops for me... "Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast"... hohoho...

Anyhows, after a fair bit of surfing, get a load of this picture. Grief it's been quite a few years since I first saw it. Basically it's the aborted US version. Looks rubbish (nice use of gender and race swapping while they were at it), but the cat looks very nice. Never confused... (guess the other series that I love at the minuteish)

Hmmm I see the original Kryten was gonna be in it. Also Terry Farrel would have been an 'interesting' female cat And isn't that Holly the British gal from Fraiser? Man it looks awful!

does look like that girl from fraiser, maybe that was to be her first big break
but you notice they first have a black guy cat, then its a white girl cat... i'm sure the public would NEVER have noticed the change.

but more to the point why would they change it?
and you see the Arnold character, ack - he looks like he went to harvard not is some useless gimp lol
you can see they tries to hollywood it up, cause i mean Lister doesn't look like some ugly bum ... i mean the point of the show that made everything so funny was that it was a crew of hopeless cretins - lol
I mean who would they have play ACE Rimmer? Brad Pitt lmao

i'm glad it never made it past the pilot

Actually I knew it was the bird out of Frasier. But mainly because it is on the same site. Thought it looked like her, and double checked in the notes. I would be most impressed if someone can guess what she was in years ago. Actually this is according to my ex-boss...

As it happens the picture is from the second pilot episode they did in the US. The first one had a male cat, and a different Rimmer. Who is the female cat though? Sounds like people know her. Can't say I do, as I would remember the face, trust me on that one. I-N-S-T-I-N-C-T! (clue 2 for other show...)

Anyone check out the new film BTW? Didn't realise they had got it going again. Rates right up there with T3 and Doom films for me

Cheers
