I tried to make a billboard by making a plane object and texturing it with my picture. Then, in the loop, I had it OrientObjecttoCamera (or something close to that). The problem?
1) I only want it to rotate on the y axis
2) Around the top, and sides, there is a white line visible. Not part of the texture. If you don't know what I mean, I can post a screenshot.

Can you please give advice on how to do these things?

I can answer the first part, just set the X and Z rotation of the object to zero after you've oriented the object with the camera, for example ..

The white line sounds like a texture filtering problem, setting the wrap mode to 'clamp' should fix that, but I don't recall the exact commands at the moment.
