Has anyone made a dll for listening to a stream and gathering incoming bytes over a network?

you mean copying the stream data and capturing it as a file while listening to it? dll for dbp?

not as a file, just raw data, for network transmissions. Its ok though, I found Barnksi's winsock dll.
