I don't frequent these boards often enough, but we don't ban people without warning, unless it's a new account engaged in a moron-spam-fest. There's always the opportunity to be warned and at least have your side heard if there is a problem. (Heard, yes. We laugh at cyber-bullies with empty threats, of course.)

If it's an oddball ban out of the blue, it's likely a dynamic IP thing, and please, email me if it happens.
