ok i tryed some sample fpsc files and they all work fine but when i try to make my own game i move outside of the buildings and this happens

Yes, this should go in "bug reports"

I am sure you restarted the computer.

Does it only happen on the lift entity?

And try BUILDING the game. Not testing.

i sometimes got this too,indeed you should restaryt the computer,if its stays there check if you didnt builded something wrong,if this stays there,Re-install FPSC.
