is this possible? i thought it wasnt so i downloaded microsoft visual c++ express edition,which turns out to have the dll templet option disabled so you cant make dlls. so is it possible to create plug-ins with devc++?

all ben needs is his band,his guitar,and his computer...
and his dead little power puff girls...
