Problem with export models.

I have a small problem.
When I exported models from 3ds max 5 to DarkBasic (to .3ds or .x format), textures of model is not visible in my game.
What can I do ?! Please help !!!

I would export the texture as a bmp, load the image and just say Texuture object x,x

If you want your texture to be automatically loaded along with the model, you need to ensure that the texture is placed in the same directory as the model.

It also needs to be in DOS 8.3 (is that the right number?) filename format, meaning that you can't have any more than eight characters for the prefix. I'm not certain about it, but the texture will probably need to be a bitmap as well.
