Does anyone know the 'safe' limit to dbc array dimensions?

The reason I ask is that I think I've discovered a "wormholing" effect
which occurs, which causes values to be wrapped from one dimension to another within the array.
I don't have time to 'chart' this wrapping effect before the compo entry deadline.

I need to know simply:

array#(xxx,xxx)

what are the maximum possible values of xxx?

O.K I think that may be nonsense, as I can't reproduce the effect as an example to show you...

Still like to know the theoretical limit to the size of a dbc array though

try to use memblocks to store your datas instead of arrays.

No enhancements wouldn't you know?!

Are you suggesting there are problems with arrays?

In DBpro the size limit is 29826142. Any more and you get an error. I don't know for DBC though.

O.K, bypassed the problem.

Something my grandfather told me when I was very young, sitting in front of the trs-80:

"When you deal with a computer, and especially with programming, you have to remember that everything that goes wrong is your fault. If you take full responsibility for your task, there is nothing you can't fix, it's when you place the blame on the machine or other sources that you lose control, and then nothing can save you from the clutches of frustration."

Good advice, forgot it for a split second there
