When I finalize my games they are given the same "Shiny square" icon, is there a way to change it to something more meaningful? cheers.

There are some good icon programs out there. When you have finished your exe make one with these and change it in windows.

As kfoong said, use reshack (AKA Resource Hacker).

If you want fresh underwear in the morning, take it off the night before.

IcoChanger http://www.hufsoft.com/download/icochanger.exe is super easy to use. DB classic exes take a 32x32 pixel 16-color icon. For some reason IcoChanger doesn't work with DB Pro exes -- possibly because they use 256-color icons.
