What's the difrence between Db V1.11 and Db v1.13???

there is...a while that the v1.11 is..
then i dont remember exactly..whats the diference..but i think in the V1.11 there is no...DLL,multiplayer,memblock.... command.. or its in v1.09... or if they was in it...v1.11 and v1.13..the only difference there is..it some bug fixed ..like from 1.07 to 1.09b i think..
