Heh, Multiplayer would be so much fun if you could get it to work. Imagine a sort of Labyrinth game where one person is the Minotaur and the other is Theseus? Hmm...

Im goin to make some new textures to make it like a labrinth.Im not the best modeller in the world so I might need some help by someone with some good modelling skills.Im workin on some new textures now. If I do implement some sort of battle system. What would you like to see?

Please add a roof too if its a Labyrinth.

Oh,why not making it generate rooms to battle in too?then you could make it 2-6 players a game?

that would be cool accel! the room thing would be doable just would have to change the maze generation code a little. so heres what im goin to do. Im goin to have the coin single player game. Some sort of labrinth battle single player game with Dark AI and then a multiplayer/Lan labrinth battle thing. As you probaly know this is now a Major project in order to do what I just said. But like anythink it can be done. of course there can be more online type games too it seems that that would be a popular one to make playable first so ill give it a shot. thanx for all the suggestions guys! I won't let you down!

Thanx accel. Everythings goin good except that the game begins to choke as the polygon rises. I am in desperate need of getting the culling to work.I will attempt to get that somehow to work. Why noy adding fog?that should increase the speed!

And the batle system i realy like to see!

Oh,why dont you let it generate Dungeuns?with enemy's in it and such?

Fog doesent affect the objects using the shader so it looks wierd.I might make a dungeon generator would be cool! ill work on it after I find some way to improve performance.

theres no such thing as too many ideas. So do I but if I programmed them all I would have 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 wip's lol. Your ideas are great! everyones ideas have actually all gotten pretty close to each other now. were down to a real time battle system and multiplayer,lol. Might as well make it the best that it can be and ideas and comments shape a game. So it is much appreciated.

Opened up the maze generation code. Im starting to mod it for a dungeon like setting. with corridors and rooms. Nothin done yet really just analysing the code.Ill let you all know how it goes by towmorrow and I will release an update. hopefully ill have it running faster.thanx all!

The grass even bumpeier is awesome, looks like a hedge maze. Replace that with a darker green texture and it'll be hedge maze!!!

Can't wait for teh dungeon!

I looked and pondered over dungeon creation last night and i have devised a way! I will also add some new map generation techniques to make it faster. ill be out most of the day but I will work hard on getting it to work later.I will post screens as soon as its functional and of course the update.(I havent forgot I just want more features then just the bug fixes and textures) so the download will be worth your download and play time. Anyways thanks guys!forgot to add. I create a harder maze generation algorithm that will generate less paths!Things are lookin good!

I don't know if you fixed this or anything, but I think you should:

*Make the red balls in the maze floor, not in the walls. I lost one level because I couldn't get one in the wall. You have to be in the exact position to get it, which loses alot of time.
*The top of the walls REALLY need fixed collision-wise.

I really like it though. This has alot of potential.

thanx spopovich! the updates comin! Im also going to release a dungeon demo so you can see how the dungeon generation code works! Thanx guys! Im goin to post an updat in a few minutes of the standard game with just bug fixes and new textures shaders etc. and then ill post a dungeon demo and start making that a game mode! If you have an idea for what to put in the game tell me! Ill definetly try my best to get it in there as you can see.

Heres a graphical update with the collision bug fix and coins etcbeen workin on the dungeon thing so its not much but its still nice. make sure to set the difficulty!!! theres a bug if you just press new game.enjoy! Ill post a dungeon demo soon! See first page and last post.

it doesnt run very well,its a bit chompy.

it shoots forward,stands still.freezes

could be my computer though.that happens when i run 4 DBP app's at 1 time...

No problem! Ive been pretty busy too lately. Glad you like it! Im working on some textures and a battle axe now!Heres an early version of the battle axe. The handle was makeshift. Im still constructing that. But the blade is really what im pretty sure on.

i use 3DS max...Milkshape im quite good in too.but it wont registerso i sold it and bought 3DS Max a while back...

and still,because i hate tutorials.i cant realy model fairly well in 3DS max...(if i could,my hammer would have succeeded)

oh well.On to my FPS engine...(I HATE COLLISION DETECTION!!!)

I hope it works out! I hate collision detection too!Well If you ever need help on it ill be glad to! Imworking on some textures for the swords and the axe.there looking pretty cool! As im nearing the time were i will start coding the battle engine there are a few questions I must ask. Should it be third person or first person. what should be some rules for the game.what characters should I model and what would you like to see in it in general. Once I get a general idea of what its going to be ill start coding it!Thanx everyone!
