You have to admit, despite failing to stare facts in the face (i.e. The Allies were in Bagdag, he said they weren't) you have to pity the poor guy in a way, because every time he was on television, he just made a fool of himself.

Perhaps they should give him a spot on Saturday Night Live

The US media.

By my count, Saddam has died 3 times and Sahaf 2 times.

Oh, I live in England, all I've heard is that they have bombed 3 buildings that they thought he was in but they weren't sure. Sounds like the US media are a bit fast to jump to conclusions.

Very quick to jump to conclusions and never admit to their erroneous reporting.

Yeah well he was tokin' on this enormous cigare-like thing, and handed it to me. I took a long puff, and seeing's how I 'aint even smoked a cigarette for about two months, I choked for about 15 minutes, finally I gathered myself, a little embarrassed at this outburst in front of my guest, and said "What was that stuff Saddam?"
He said, "Camel S**t, you like?"

hahaa .. seriously though i do kind wanna try that stuff, i mean himli said that it wasn't really like ciggies or adictive cause its like a joint most of the nicotien and such is burnt off. so what your really smoking is just like a fruit tea or something.
Sounds interesting

and i don't see how fruit tea can make you more susceptable to skitzophrenia hehee
that and i'm already a tea addict, i'd love to try some of that stuff ... specially the banana one, not sure why just think it'd be nice

Well I have this lebanese friend, he has a hookah and smokes this stuff that's like an apple and blackcurrrant mixture with tobacco, quite refreshing and not at all unpleasant. Maybe what you're talking about. You buy it at the market and I really made a point of remembering what that stuff was called 'cos I liked it so much but you know I forgot of course. Yes, and all this talk of cigarettes is making me hungry, some chocolate covered ants would go down well about now...

yeah its called a hookah like Dan metnions.

I think u will find more than tobacco as one of the herbs within most of the mixes tho.

Now now indi, think of the children

Seriously, the stuff really is just an apple and blackcurrant mix, comes in a sort of cake you can plonk into the hookah first then place either the "herbs" you alluded to or simply tobacco on top of that it flavours the whole shebang, get it at the vic market Quite nice but you really do need the hookah to make it worthwhile...
