Let me just clarify a repeated acqusation here from Simple. I have not twisted what he said - he suggest I don't read any threads where he posts "don't read them then... Simple as that", as he and Raven are active members involving themselves in many threads in most sections of the forum this would meen leaving the forum to accomplish or getting a very very jittery threads where I would be exluding myself from most of the content, cross-referenced or otherwise.

So leaving was the implication of what he said although not the words, therefor I do not believe I have twisted what he said, I just took his words to their actual conclusion.

So who is really twisting the truth? The person with a long history of this sort of behaviour, or the person who got caught up in it when all they asked was for this to stop!?

"don't read them then... Simple as that" is hardly asking you to leave the forum is it ??

Those words mean exactly what they say ( Don't read them then = don't read them then ( as in the POSTS )) NOT the entire thread.

So saying that I was rude for asking you to leave the forum IS TWISTING MY WORDS isn't it ??

My words are there in Black and White.... so stop whining about it, you can't change it. And let this thread die, like it has once already.

Why did I click post i've more to say:

Ye gods, all I want is for this sort of bickery to stop. It seems Indi wants the same thing but refuses to accept who the cause is. It isn't Raven, Indi.

Look at this guy. I'm standing up now in the hope i'll be counted, for the sake of the community I request you ban Simple, not Raven.

It's my last effort because I don't want this sort of content any more than anyone else and I am sick and tired of reading this guys tirades.

Knock it off!!!! I'm tired of this crap. I must agree with PneumaticDryll on this issue, Simple you just can't let it go can you? Why am I surprised, just looking at your sig I can see how immature you can be. Let it go. I took your post "don't read them then... Simple as that" the same way as PneumaticDryll. It take quite some gall to tell someone else to deal with the problems you create. Grow up.

Personally, I think I've met only one guy that really deserve to be banned (take a lucky guess). I just think you and Simple need cool it down a bit, that's all. It gets old real fast when someone threadjacks a good post over petty reasons.

i think alot of you are on something most of the time to be quite honest ... i'm still hearing "you and simple" or "Raven and Simple", funny thing though - explain to me how many "Raven vs Simple" flames have been passed over the past month, compaired to the flames pass between everyone else.

i'm more sick and tire of all of you guys posting me against simple, there have been alot of comments towards me over the past few days ... how many exactly have there been back in the direction they came from?
how many were started with me doing something?
if you actually too the time to look up most of the flames post that i've been involved in within the past several months perhaps you'll notice that it is the case i'm there because someone has insulted me, and i do have the right to sit there and defend myself.

But thats not what any of you see, not its always "Oh Raven is having another go at Simple!" ... get the fudge over it, i'm always made out as the big freaking bad guy just for having the balls to actually stand up for myself around here - and if you think that someone who is standing up for themselves is a bad person then i feel sorry for those people you care about in the world, like little brothers or sisters who expect thier older brother or sister to be there for them ... but is just like "nah, it ain't my problem", or "just ignore this, it'll go away"

well things don't go away, and people like you would get torn apart within this world if it wasn't for those of us who give a rats ass standing up and defending your stupid ass rights to be dumb smucks and given all your stupid rights to sit there and not give a rats ass about anyone cept your self, and even then have so much damn'd self pitty in yourselves that you still need us to be there to freaking protect you even though we know full well if we go out on a limb we're going out on it alone, because at the end of the day no one really gives a crap about the person who stands up for what the damn'd well believe in to be right.

and ya'll wanna call that melodramic you can kiss my lilly white ass because i don't see why i should sit down, shut up, and play nice if all i damn'd well get is people constantly pitching stupid comments like "Raven vs such-n-such" ... because if you ever looked futher than your own damn'd faces rather than turning a blind eye until your feel like getting involved you might actually notice alot of people just punch me in the gut around here for no other reason than they can, and they know rather than you lot i'm gonna stand up and hit them right back rather than stepping back and saying "all right you're right!"

but no the heads are all turned and all you see is me and simple - not giving a rats ass how it all started.

make me freaking sick, and the worst part is i know that if someone flames you right back for this i'll be right there trying to get them to back off or getting thier focus on myself.

not that any of you care about that either, cause from where i come from you take care of everyone you can ... what should it matter who they are?
if ya'll are really sick and tired of the Raven-Simple Cold War then back off and leave us too it, getting involved it just hypocritical and you know damn'd well its going to agrovate an already tense situation that for all you know maybe, just maybe resolving itself!

but then where the heck would all of your get your entertainment eh?
and if you want to know why the hell i'm so mad and making a post that could errupt this whole thing into another conflict, maybe ya'll should READ what i've written for once rather than catching the damnd drift and engaging your mouths before you even understand what has been said.

They can both be immature at times. Most of the time they are just nice to talk to. It's only when 1 has to talk to the other. Why not just agree to stop attacking eachother directly or indirectly and just agree that you guys are never going to get along. If your never going to get along, why bother replying to eachother's threads and such. Be the bigger man and dont reply for once.

Hehe, I think I know what you mean Vegeta.

They're both headstrong guys, and there wars get blown out of proportion. In fact - neither Indi, Simple, or Vegeta brought the Simple vs Vegeta thing into it - please don't focus this wayward discussion on 2 specific forum members, These rules apply to everyone.

Personally, I can't see Simple and Vegeta ever getting on, but it only gets nasty when other people stick there noses in - Vegeta says that, Simple says that, yet it makes no difference to some people here what they say, those chins keep waggling whether it's relevant or not. I've seen a few posts where things are fine, Simple and Vegeta are niggling at each other but it's not personnal - then someone posts a lot of nonsense and taking sides.

As for banning Simple, behave! - I'd rather not see anyone banned, and I find it a little condesending to the moderators here that you so-called-mature forum members would suggest that, like you know what happens here better than the mods? - gimme a break!

Let's do an experiment, next time Simple and Vegeta have a go at each other, leave them to it - don't get sucked in, they don't need you to take a side, I mean they're big enough and ugly enough to sort it out themselves. Obviously forum rules stand, but without 3rd party interference these 'flame battles' usually die off within a day or two, usually before they become propper flame wars with sweary words and such.

Good luck with the outside world Indi...

Right Simple, Vegeta, Indi's gone for the day, how 'bout that picnic?

big and ugly enough ...
so now your making fun of me being short and handsome... so cruel
i'm wondering how far i can skim a goldfish over the water.

i mean i've looked at this bi ocean everyday, and then at Feena's fishies ... and i reckon i could get them a good 10yards, 4 or 5 skips across the water easi
anyone ever tried skimming goldfish? i mean surely its not cruel because you're returning them to the wild

Hehe, the most I ever did was play golf with a hedgehog. Completely by accident, my ball was in the deep rough, so I thought I'd give it a good whack with an iron to get onto the fairway, then THTONK! - poor little guy - never even saw him till it was too late. If your worried, don't be - I finished the hole 1 over par, no biggie.

I reckon that on a calm body of water, you could easily get a goldfish 20 yards, just remember to flick your wrist at the end and keep it as low as possible. Also - feed them first, so they're heavier.

I'm not gonna go into my cousins 'lets fire ants through my air-rifle' weekend.

yeah but its a ripple tide cause of it being on the ocean not a lake
i still wanna also walk around for a day with a turtle on my head, because how i am towards people i might be amusing to see if they say anything or not... i just dunno where to get one, they're not exactly rampant around the Irvine area lol

miss having my mates here that actually wanna do fun stuff ... if Chris was back here i'm sure we could think up something cool ta do. sadly just alex and feena right now, and feena is still in a tiff with me (not that she's much more fun than a women with PMS most of the time)

how about some drunk catapiller races?
put them in a shot of tequila and see how long it takes them to crawl out

This is where it starts, it ends with teachers using green pens as red is seen as to traumatic!!!

And then into 20 years time when our kids have grown they won't be able to look outside without being traumatised because of the abundance of grass, so we'll probably ban lawns too!

I personally wish that people would stop trying to ban everything it seems that all rules actually manage to do is make a big thing of something that isn't all that important.

And indi wow a general forum that isn't general and game development site which doesnt allow you to discuss game development tools a stroke of genius. Could you not rewrite the rules just to ban the words troll, trolling, flame, flamer and flamebait so I don't have to hear about them anymore

Get a life people, there's nothing to see here.

There is no answer only more questions.

Feeding seagulls balls of bread with bicarbonate soda stuffed in the middle doesn't come close. Makes a real mess though, does that count ??

LOL! - this forum is gonna get shut down because of animal cruelty!

It's all about us versus them, animals I mean - Lions would eat me if they got the chance, so where's the harm in me trying to get a cat *not* to land on it's feet?

Only joking btw! - I love cats x-d especially with fried rice.

I know someone who'd find a toad, go to the train tracks with the toad and a plastic straw, then inflate... [snip] - better not go there, Simple and Vegeta's sick animal cruelty stories is bad enough .

we used to have to many frogs in my backyard as i grew up... and oftenly in the summer we'd grab a few frogs, a cricket bat and see if we could bat them over the extention.

the one who got thier frog futhest won (not to win but actually winning) ... but its alright cause only 1 in like 25 frogs ever stopped moving
theres always the fun of going down london, somewhere with alot of pigeons - like trafalger square, where all of the tourists are and feeding them rice. hehee (^_^)

then there was the time that when we took my mates little dog called Robbie, and we put him up ontop of the garages ... he was there for like 3days before the guy even noticed his dog gone - hahaa

i have a feeling i'm gonna be greeted by the RSPCA when i'm next in the UK (^_^)

lol!

What's even funnier is animals that're so crazy, like dogs, that they get hurt by themselves and continue doing that thing which hurt them.

Like my friend's dog...An unkillable beast I tell you.

That dog actually drank pure ammonia and survived...Not without vomiting a coupla creamy puffs though

Another time,he was running all crazy around the house, you know how they have their own usual running paths, and suddenly jumped and landed on it,s face directly on the sharpest table corner I had seen, stalled a few minutes, and went back to being crazy, probably crazier too

I tell ya...when you've worked the Fishing trawlers for a few years, blowing up a few pesky seagulls which hover over your head, Sh**ing on you at will.. is well, just a little pay back !!

Now my hamster was a different story they fit inside a kleenex tube perfectly.... now imagine a giant pea shooter, and how far do you think hammy can fly ?? into a pile of cushions of course !!

And hanging a length of wool from the light shade + attaching hammy to it to see how long he would hang on for !! he held on for quite a while.... till he decided to go into Lemming mode. ( again, with a pile of cushions under him )

Now as for the Stick insects which were in the science class when I was a kid... nah, don't think I'll go there !!

Be glad the General Discussion forums aren't being shut down totally. DBS is paying for every word members post here, so I think it's a bit odd to blame the moderaters for setting up (rather mild) rules.

A) I don't think I've seen anyforum without a Off Topic board.

B) This topic died long ago, all postes after the 15th are just ramdom ramblings.

The Legend of Zelda IS NOT an RPG! It's an Adventure, just like Ico or Dark Cloud.
