So has anybody figured out how to change the icon from the standard DB on a program you make?

I found a little (144K) free program at http://www.hufsoft.com/download/icochanger.exe

It works well with DB classic icons, I don't know about DBPro. It won't work with programs that I wrote in C. Perhaps it only changes icons but doesn't create them from scratch. My C programs maybe had no icon to exchange.

you can also use reshack to do this - search google on reshack and I'm sure you'll find it... its quite easy and you can also change other stuff like the default DB mouse cursor

Another vote for icochanger. One thing, it seems to only like 16-color icons. I believe DB Pro uses 256-color icons, so only use icochanger for exes made with DB Classic.

Reshack wont work over here. I use Microangelo 5.5 which is the best program to do it. IcoChanger tends to screw over the icon colours.
