It's very colourfull ... but a little too BIG + the radiation image in the background would look better in Yellow. Then you will have all the 3 prime colours in there.

It take 9 seconds to load up, why are people making such big sigs anyway. I wouldn't make them bigger than a web link, or better yet, I'd make them a web link.

man redo that is not 56k friendly...it's bigger than a .bmp of the same size! You know there is a compression option when you export jpegs....

shrink the radiated symbol so its not cut off, remove the blue background with a gradient and shrink it to a more managable size.

if its just a textual layer and a bitmap shape with effects on the filter layer properties in photoshop then u will have to manually adjust the layer filters for it to work at a smaller size.
