I want to know what 3D level editors exist, and how good they are.

I know of 3D World Editor v3.21, but it is kind of hard to use and it is in a different language.

I want to make levels for a game I am making that is first or third person view with hallways, rooms, ladders, steps, and elevators. The worlds are based on star bases or ships and I already have textures that I made. I tried making my own editor, but it is going really slow. I can't figure out how to put things in and what should be limbs or objects etc...

You can make levels whit MILKSHAPE 3D. Here is a link whit a tut.

Don't know if it runs smooth i never try it out.
