These are the first screenshots from the myth of kati i have not been able to model kati herself but here are the screenes of the inside of an empty house(not for long) and the basic menu system that i am going to change

Oh I agree everyone has to start somewere, I'm just sick and tired of looking at screenshots of games in "early stages" of development that show absolutely NOTHING at all. I mean it's a flippin ball on a matrix. That's what it looks like. Obviously there is more to it, there is a menu system and such, and it probably is more than just a ball on a matrix, but you have to tell us that! Try telling us some story, maybe what will go in the house, or how you intend to implement this. I'm sure it's more than these screenshots tell, but how are we supposed to know that?

This has been posted on RGT too. It started a row on Blitz 3D Forums. My opinion is that if you want to post an early shot of a ball on a matrix, or some box graphics it is far better to tell everyone about the game, and the engine. It would also be better to use a much smaller picture 300*200, or something like that. Otherwise you are not doing anything to promote your project. Imagine Unreal 2 early shots..a guy made of boxes..no explenation of the game.....it doesn't happen.
