Me again...

CD2 of my darkbasic set is damaged, and while I can get some files off the CD, a good chunk of it isn't accessable.

I was wondering if it would be possible to either get a free/discounted replacement disk (only CD2, CD1 works fine)

My darkbasic is no longer in warranty and I have no receipt, as it was a gift from a friend.

I *do* realise that this might sound suspiciously like I pirated the product, but I can assure you that I have not, and I can provide photographic evidence as such (would both CD's and the case in front of this forum post do?)

thanks for any/all help I recieve on this matter.

if you have the manual book you can buy a version of DBpro for less money (by sending the cover of that book)
you can find more info somewhere on the site

All I want is a replacement for disk 2, not a whole new product...

CD2 was the examples CD, we don't actually sell that any more. It's all packed onto 1 CD now. Your best bet is to find someone on here who'd be happy to send you a copy of their CD2 I'm afraid.

We replace CDs we still have in stock (DBPros, etc) for free, just return the dead one. But AFAIK that isn't one of them.

Cheers,

Rich
