OKay doesnt look very nice but it is my very first project in db pro after learning about variables i figured out how to make a simple calculator that adds, subtracts, multiplies and divides.

So thats it im uploading it as a zip file that contains the exe and the icon picture.
I know probably everyone else can make a program like this or even better one but everyone keeps saying start off small so i took your advice and here you go. Now im going to move on to learning something else.

EDIT: sorry im not sure how to make the screenies appear ? i guess ill just upload em

1) Don't use bmp for showing screen shots, use png or jpg.
2) Use floats when doing math (for decimal points and division)
3) Check for and handle odd user input, like make sure the operation number the user entered is between 1 and 4.
4) Uploading multiple screen shots to a image hosting site like Imageshack ( http://imageshack.us/ ) is, imo, better than making 5 extra posts.
5) Use Alt+Print Screen to only capture a screen shot of the window, the rest of the desktop is only increasing the file size.

The icon looks good.

Looks nice, but I you should use smaller images.
