I have had a system crash, and am trying to download from the fps website another version of what was bought. I have not been allowed to do this. Is there a way I can download the early adopter version I had? I love the software, and would not like to go through purchasing everything again.

The Early Adopter version no long exists, we are now not only all on V1 but some of us have been downloading the upgrade (we're up to V1.04 RC10). You can't download Early Adopter anymore.

However, if you had joined the forums before you got your FPSC, it should still be in your order history. Go to profile at the top right of this page and go to order history, you will find all downloads you've bought there.
