Just export models in .3ds format and you can import them into DB.

Whatever I did I didn't do it!

Don't forget though, DBPro patch 4 doesn't support 3ds at the moment, to be introduced in Patch 5

It is free in case of trueSpace3.2
http://download.com.com/3000-2186-10187913.html

The Japanese uses it by combining trueSpace and Metasequoia.

It becomes very easy to work modeling.

I agree with Oryaaaaa a combination of Metasequoia and Truespace
is great, the only thing with metasequoia is it cannot be registered
outside of Japan unfortunately. The LE version is ambiguous it states
on one document that it can only be used for educational purposes, then
on another it states it can be used for any purposes,I prefer the latter. Also the help/tutorial file is in Japanese only,so any tips Oryaaaaa would be greatly appreciated.

All TS have cob,it's their proprietary format for objects

It's not easy to find a free software that'll do it all so I suggest finding a suite of different products such as TS for geometry,Lithunwrap for UVMapping and CFX for animating...Really,only CFX costs something between those.

Truespace 3.2 (the free download) can export .x, amongst other formats

ZX Spectrum 48k Issue 3, Radio shack Tape drive, Rank arena 12" T.V. set.

I wonder if animations will work though?

I'll test it.

I am studying UVmapping now by trueSpace6.0.

http://nagoya.cool.ne.jp/oryaaaaa/TS6_UV.htm

If it is trueSpace5.1, plug-in called UV Cow is used. This moves pushing the Shift key.

As for me, this information was also helpful.
