ok i have forwarded the ports 3999 and 3998 to 192.168.2.2 now does my friend just connect to my IP

Set the port to 3999 or 3998, on both the client and server apps, and goto a site like [href]www.whatismyip.com[/href] , and tell him to connect to that.

[EDIT] Also this is the wrong board.
