When I complie my bsp map (using hammer) I get the following message in the log (click the source button for full log):

Warning: Leaf portals saw into leaf
Problem at portal between leaves 367 and 365:

I understand it is something to do with vertex manipulation. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

This is caused by vertex manipulation which can be a problem, If you've got the Zoner build tools, there's links in the ZHLTProblems.html file that deal with this issue. Although it did go along the lines of deleting the brush that's causing the error and rebuild it. Check out the ZHLTProblems.html file though
