Your welcome Pirate Myke.

They are a bit fiddly to use but you may find some use for them.

All the best of luck.

Would it be possible to edit either the blood pool's script, or an enemy ai's destroy script, so that the blood pool would appear underneath an enemy ai when it dies?

bruce3371

I'm sure it can be done but I'm rubbish at scripting and would not know how to do this.
Possible problems are that the animated blood poolers are 'dynamic' and might react badly when appearing next to or underneath another dynamic entity plus the blood models were designed to be hidden and when activated will animate in a 'one way' forward direction which means the 'size' of the blood pools might be too big to start 'un-noticed'.
The blood models have collision turned on from the start untill the animation is over then collision is turned off in the script provided which is how they need to work which means this can be a problem with othe dynamic objects nearby (including doors).

You could give it a go though.

Good luck.

Thanks for the reply Ross, I was thinking more along the lines of spawning the blood pool underneath the enemy ai, so it's not visible until the ai dies. But after thinking more about it, I can see problems with getting it to spawn in exactly the right position, and animate in exactly the right direction, relative to where the ai's body falls and what direction it faces when falling...
