Hi all, i am getting interested in retexturing, and i wondered if anybody could show me a program or give me suggestions on how to get started. Thanks for the help!

Adobe Photoshop. You might want to get Photoshop Elements, it is cheaper. Then download the .dds plugin from a photoshop site, and import the existing textures in.

you could download a .dds-conveter and gimp photo/paint prog to do your textureing magic for free.

I hate Photoshop (yes im a little odd)

but try Paint.NET it's free and easier

Plus It already supports .TGA
