Nice, very nice. I like the looks of it so far.
Though, the 20 and 30 speed-signs look like the text's a bit offset to the left. If you've got photoshop, you can just select all, cut and then paste it in again, and it'll be centered. That is, if you have the text on a seperate layer of course.

Like X said the police sign should be blue, So here it is:

I'm also Gonna do some good old signs, some serious some funny.

That fence is too big in my opinion. One could crawl underneath the gap with ease (in a real life situation).

Personally I don't need urban stuff but I think people would pay $5-$8 considering it looks pretty nice.
